Richland Chambers Lake
Richland Chambers Lake is the 3rd largest lake within the boundaries of the state of Texas. The lake has more than 44,000 acres of water, 330 miles of pristine shoreline all in a beautiful natural setting. Richland Chambers was open to the public in 1989 and is the youngest and most uncrowded lake in the state. The Richland arm is 19 miles long, the Chambers arm is 18 miles long and in places the lake is more than 3 1/2 miles wide. The lake offers plenty of open water for all sized boats and is perfect for sailing, jet skiing, skiing, wake boarding, tubing or just cruising.
Richland Chambers is regularly stocked by Texas Parks and Wildlife and is one of the best fishing lakes in the state. The lake is abundant with Hybrid Bass, Sand Bass, Crappie, Black Bass and lots of Catfish. There are several local guides to show you around, marinas and easy lake access and for your watercraft.
Richland Chambers is also very abundant with wildlife and is home to Bald Eagles. The lake is also a major flyway for a variety of species of ducks, geese and pelicans.
407 Hidden Oaks is in the heart of the lake area, 15 miles southeast of Corsicana on US 287. Corsicana is home to many local restaurants, a variety of shops a thriving theater district and a great local music scene. Great stops to make are the Collin Street Bakery and Russell Stover Candy factory store.
Our house location is also only 1hr from Downtown Dallas, 2.5 hours North of Houston, Tx, 1 hour west of Tyler, Tx and 1 hour SW of Canton, Texas (first Monday Trade Days).
