Secluded in a small private gated enclave with 24 hour security patrol on a deep water canal with PERSONAL DOCK. The tennis court and pool are just outside the door. It is but a short, five minute stroll to your nearly private beach while nearby are the golf courses, diving reefs, world class sport fishing, shopping, and casinos that make Grand Bahama famous! Perfect for Boaters and everyone else, it is only ten minutes from the new airport.

This spacious, high ceiling, three bedroom, two and a half bath condo is FULLY APPOINTED including a master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite marble bath with two-person jacuzzi, laundry facilities, and sleeps six extremely comfortably.

The unit worked very well for our family. We used the tennis court and pool in the morning to get the day started. It was easy to get anywhere on the island from this location. A rental car is a must and Brad's is a good local recommendation.

The unit was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. It felt like a safe environment we di not have any security problems. We left our children there when my wife and I went out for dinner a couple of nights. Everything in the unit worked and the internet service was very fast and reliable. Bring your laptop.

The owner was very easy to deal with and very accessible by either email or telephone.

As they say in the islands, "No problems."

We had a great time at Geoff and Rosemary's place in the Bahamas. Geoff was extremely helpful and the place was perfect. It was actually bigger than we thought and in great shape. We came by boat and the dock was very nice. I would definately rent this place again.

We had a fabulous time. The 5 adults easily had enough room and the the view off the porch was fantastic. Must reiterate the tip to rent a car; it would have been very difficult without it. I would also recommend shopping at the Winn Dixie in Port Lucaya, not the one in Freeport, as it was better stocked and more organized.

We had a wonderful time at Geoff and Rosemary's condo. Beautifully decorated with the "island" flare, and much roomier than we expected. It was great to spend our days on the boat, come back to our "home" and prepare the fish we caught during the day. Our children enjoyed jumping off the dock and swimming with the fish. We hope to make a return visit next year.
