This apartment is located in a recently remodeled apartment building that has multiple 2 and 3-bedroom units. The building is located in downtown Lake Placid, a block from Main Street and just minutes walk from Sports Arena and public beach on the Mirror Lake. This apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen and new appliances: stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all kitchenware, pots and pans. Living room has wall-mount fireplace, TV, DVD, stereo and cable/wireless internet. Off-street parking is included with the unit. The apartment has window/wall air conditioners. The apartment shares the common laundry facilities with other units (washer and dryer on the main/street level).

Car: not necessary

The apartment is located in the downtown of Lake Placid, just a block from the Main Street and the Sport Arena. It is a short walk (5 minute or less) to the public beach on the Mirror Lake. Park your car (on our parking lot) and walk to downtown Lake Placid.

If you or your party attend event in Sports Arena this is a perfect location for you.
