Spacious three bedroom, 3.5 baths that can sleep 10. Each bedroom has a bath!

Discerning travelers will love the quality and lovely features of GM#86. This air-conditioned home is situated on a large one-half acre homesite dotted with large Ponderosa Pines.

A large, updated kitchen features new quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances and gas cooktop and oven. The kitchen opens to the dining room and an expansive living room that has a large wall of windows and vaulted ceilings. Light and bright, you see a peek-a-boo view of GM# 2 Fairway from the living areas and master bedroom. A family room on the lower level provides a great gathering area for the kids while the adults have their living area upstairs.

The spacious living room has a gas fireplace. The room is welcoming and comfortable and gives you a feeling of home. The dining room has more windows and a table that seats six with an eating bar that seats three. The kitchen is modern and is equipped with more than enough counters, cabinets and accessories to make those dinners at your vacation home pleasant and stress free. A large gas BBQ is provided on the upper deck for evening family BBQ's.

A one-half bath is off the living room. The beautiful king master suite is large and comfortable with a huge walk-in closet. The large bath has two sinks for convenience.

Walk downstairs into the family room that has a comfortable matching sofa and chair and television. The sofa is a hidebed for extra sleeping. There is access to the large hot tub on the deck from the family room.

Downstairs off the family room is another queen suite with bath. On the other side of the family room is a bedroom with a queen bed and bunks (1 set) with Western decor for the kids and its own bath.

GM#86 is in a wonderful location at Black Butte Ranch, just minutes away from both the Glaze Meadow Pro Shop and the Glaze Meadow Recreation Center. The kids will keep occupied for hours as the area has two pools, tennis courts, spa, bike rental, exercise facility and gift shop. GM#86 will be a home you return to again and again for your family vacations.
