The Gulf Gate community has an enormous number of restaurants, plus bakeries, hair salons, clothing shops, pubs, etc. The community is mostly single-family homes and the people are very friendly. Sarasota is also a center of entertainment and cultural events, with its own ballet, symphony orchestra, opera company, and world-class museum. Osalo Theater provides both continuing and repertory stage performances. The Van Wezel Performing Arts Center brings world-renown presentations to downtown Sarasota, just 15 minutes away. There are such culturally interesting activities as International Dancing, chalk-art competitions, art exhibition openings, wild animal parks, auto museums, and all types of festivals.

With being frequent travelers to Siesta Key and renting many places - we found this one to be fantastic.! The home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood and close to shopping and most importantly only minutes to the beautiful Siesta Key Beach. The home is absolutely beautiful, the pictures displayed on this site are exactly what you get. From the booking process on, everything was very professional and handled with ease - no worries.

We travel to Siesta Key 3 to 4 times a year and from this point on, we will always check availability on this property first.

We were extremely happy!

The place was a perfect family rental. In a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood. ~15 minutes to Siesta Key beach. Great, private pool. Well stocked kitchen. Nice dining room. Bedrooms were a good size. Little BBQ outside. Homeowner friendly and available for any queries. No unpleasant surprises. It was very clean and had everything we were expecting through what we saw online.

(would make sense to replace queen bed in 2nd bedroom with 2 singles but that is just a preference.)
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities
