3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa sleeps 6 very private and beautiful garden

Lockable driveway for 3 cars leads to entrance hall with lounge diner beyond furnished to a very high standard. Patio doors lead to a substantial naya with steps down to the garden. The kitchen is off the lounge and has all modern conveniences including dishwasher. The separate utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Down the hallway lies the main bathroom with bath shower loo and bidet. The 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobes and the 2nd bedroom with double bed and wardrobes is further along the hallway with the master bedroom at the end. This has an en suite with bath loo and separate shower. The bedroom has double bed and wardrobes. Outside there is a very private walled garden with numerous trees and shrubs together with a rockery leading down to the pool area. This has plenty of space for seating and lounging and is a real sun trap. A wooden garden house holds chairs and loungers. A lovely terrace above the pool is ideal for lazy meals long into the evening.

Set in a delightful countryside setting overlooking rolling hills this luxury villa has a very private walled garden and sumptuous pool and yet is only a few minutes drive to a handful of gorgeous beaches. From the pebbles of Javea old town to the sandy and safe beaches of Moraira. Stop off at El Portet where kiddies can play safely whilst parents can enjoy a glass of wine and feast on paella or sardines. Wander down to the harbour at Moraira and gaze at the million pound yachts or meander through the narrow streets stopping at the numerous cafes bars and restaurants. If you have the energy climb Calpe rock or Montgo mountain or simply enjoy all the walks that abound in the area. if you are a golfer then you are spoilt for choice. Javea golf club is just down the road and a twenty minute drive will take you to La Sella golf club on the Denia road. This is a fabulous test of golf as is Oliva Nova, Bonalba and the several courses you'll find on the way down to Alicante.

Notes

  • £150 deposit is required at time of payment to cover damage(s) over and above normal wear and tear
    We do not charge fro broken crockery or glassware as we appreciate accidents do happen.
    We would recommend that children use the plastic ware particularly when outside.
  • 25% deposit is required when making a booking with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to holiday. We would suggest suitable holiday cancellation insurance is taken out to cover emergency cancellation
    We will try and accommodate any request for an arrival / departure day other than Saturday where this is possible.
  • £50 is required to cover cleaning and laundry costs at the end of your stay (£75 if there are 4 or more guests in the party ) and will be added to your final bill.
    Please note that all linen is provided with the exception of beach towels.
