This is a newly built Caribbean style house with porches on two levels. The floor plan is open and the decor is bright. Rich hardwood floors are throughout. The first floor has a wide entrance hallway with the kitchen to the left and a turned staircase the the right. The family room is in the right rear corner of the first floor. The designer kitchen has a breakfast bar with 5 bar stools. It is open to the large dining room with a table with seating for 10-12 people. A two sided fireplace divides the dining room and the family room. The family room has lots of seating and a flat screen TV. There is a comfortable queen sleeper couch and a full bath with a second entrance from the deck. The second floor has 3 bedrooms; a king size bed in the master bedroom with en suite bath, the second bedroom with a queen sized bed, and the third bedroom has a full size bed plus a set of bunk beds and a twin trundle bed. A full hall bath and laundry room are on this floor as well. On the third floor there are 2 bedrooms; one has a king sized bed and the other has 2 twins plus a twin trundle. Another full bath is on this floor. There is an outside shower to rinse off the sand from the beach towards the back of the house. There is plenty of parking both in the driveway and on the street.
