About MaryAnn Donahue
My family has vacationed in Cape May for many, many years. Cape May is in our hearts. We love it. We purchased a home here in 2004 and are now able to enjoy this unique beach town year round.
MaryAnn Donahue purchased this house in 2012
Why MaryAnn Donahue chose Cape May
Coming from a large family I wanted to build a spacious and stylish home where both couples and families can enjoy a comfortable stay. A place where traditions are started, where family reunions and weddings can be held. We recently traveled to Cartagena, Colombia and fell in love with the Caribbean style homes. We tried to capture that feel in this home.
What makes this house unique
A brand new professionally designed and decorated home with high end finishes, hardwood floors, & tile baths. There are wrap around porches on two levels giving outside access from most every room. The two sided fireplace, between the dining room and family room, makes for year round enjoyment. The kitchen is open to the dining room where 10-12 people can gather around a large table and additional chairs can be pulled up to accommodate more. The kitchen has a sit down counter area with 5 bar stools. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and appliances so you can cook in or stroll to one of the many restaurants to dine.
