4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, with private beach

The Beach House is located half way around Lake Coeur d’Alene, on Scenic Hwy 97, at Carlin Bay.

The house sits at the water, with private dock, able to moor up to a 35’ boat and has it own beach with a beach pagoda and fire pit.

The 2,750 ft. house has four bedrooms (two king suites, one queen and two single beds) with 3 bathrooms. The Beach House was completely remodeled in 2008, with new flooring in living & dining area, paneling and wardrobes. Since then, it has not been rented out and is new to the 2013 season with its many upgrades including a hand cut glass Shogun dining room window.

Three of the bedrooms have new TVs with cable hook-up and the large downstairs entertainment room has a 70” HDTV DVR with Playstation 3, including multiple games. This latter room also has a bar, regular size pool table and a gas fireplace. Down the hall are a large bedroom with California King bed and sitting area and a bedroom with two single beds, both sharing a bathroom.

Upstairs, at the entry level, is the living room with leather sofas in front of a wood burning fireplace, table with four chairs and Bose stereo system. The kitchen is well stocked as the owner is a gourmet chef. It has a bar with two swivel barstools. Off the kitchen is the dining room which seats six people. Down the hall are the two bedrooms, one has a poster king size bed with ensuite and the other with an Italian Queen size bed.

There is a big deck upstairs that runs the full length of the house, in front of both the living room and the master bedroom. This deck has two tables which seats 12 people and a gas BBQ. The downstairs has its own patio with a table for four.

The Beach House sleeps 8 people in beds, 10 if the two roll-away beds are used.

A 14’ fishing boat with 9.9. HP Yamaha engine with electric trolling motor and fish finder is available for an additional $550 per week.

We are pet friendly subject to prior approval.
