All I can say was this house was nothing short of amazing! We expected a beautiful home from the photos on here, but upon arrival we were so excited to see what great shape the home was in and the beautiful views surrounding it. It's such a treat that these homeowners open up their awesome home to guests! We had a wonderful time hanging out by the pool, and the home is so close to all the wineries and just a short drive to the grocery store. Stephanie is such a joy to work with and really cares that you have a great time. We are already looking forward to going back one day soon :)

We celebrated my 40th at this property and in Temecula and my friends and I had a great time. The only issue was pincher bugs were everywhere at night but the view was gorgeous, sauna was great, house was very comfortable and we would definitely consider getting our family together at this property. Absolutely fun time!!

Girls Weekend in So Cal

This location and house was perfect for our 1st Annual Girls Weekend. Beautiful views from front and back, comfy and clean accomodations and a very responsive property manager. We toured several wineries (rented a limo so we all could taste as much as we wanted!) and spent the day in Old Town Temecula- all within easy reach of this house. This place was perfect for our agenda of having a lot of private chill-time as well as no stress activities.

Lovely, comfortable home - didn't want to leave!

The Bella Vista house is truly a relaxing oasis! Not far off the beaten path, but feels like it's miles away. Views are spectacular and it is so quiet you can sleep with your ears wide open. The owner was extremely helpful and left lots of little extras (flowers, water, breakfast muffins) that made us feel like we were coming home after a long day of travel from North Carolina. The layout of the house is perfect for a large family gathering. We had 13 people for Easter Day (7 adults and 6 kids) with plenty of room for everyone to help cook and socialize. The layout of the house is also handy for watching the kids swim from the kitchen/dining or large back porch. Comfy furniture inside and out. While we did spend some time visiting Old Temecula and hiking on the Santa Rosa Plateau, we gave up some of our Southern California exploring just to spend more time relaxing at the house. Watching hot air balloons from the back deck, swimming and reading in the sun was a great way to spend our Spring Break. Will definitely rent again if we get the chance!

Great Last Minute Trip

My husband & I had nothing to do for New Years Eve and got to talking with some friends and they had nothing as well. We have heard Temecula was a fun getaway, searched the internet and found the Bella Vista Home. The owner had told us he just purchased the home a few weeks ago and we found out we were the 1st official guests. For a last minute trip with our kids & friends kids it was great for all of us! The owner suggested a place for the girls to take some horse back riding lessons, wineries and dining. We really had a great time. We were even able to heat the pool and swim & go in spa even though it was super cold! The kids really thought that was great. If you are looking for a comfortable home to enjoy this is it. We are Socal Residents too and only live about hour away but we will for sure be back and recommend to many friends. This house really is close to everything but private too. The views are amazing. Thanks for the nice stay and introduce to Temecula!
