Ballymoney is a quiet coastal area located in North Wexford and accessed from both Dublin and Rosslare(port/ferry) by the N11. Sandylane is a small community of detached cottages close to the beach and within walking distance of the local shop and pub. Residents of Sandylane have the benefit of tennis courts and a children play area. The local beaches are sandy and safe - with a lifeguard on Ballymoney beach during the summer months. Seals and dolphins can be spotted in the water. Nearest towns are Gorey and Courtown, both of which may be accessed by car. Courtown has a leisure centre with swimming pool etc. Ballymoney has excellent golf courses and a modern hotel with full spa and restaurant facilities. The location is also very convenient for touring the South East of Ireland and both Enniscorthy and Wexford towns are within easy driving distance. Dublin is 1 hour away by car.
