  • There are 2 bathrooms in the main villa, one ensuite to the main bedroom. The second main bathroom has a beautiful large walk in shower. There is also a bathroom in the Villa Annex. All are equipped with showers and toilets, with marble floors and hand basins with large mirrors throughout.

Impressive house, but----

House was very clean and well maintained. Kitchen offers no coffee machine, neither a tea pot, only cheap equipment not matching the impressive house.
Very poor light in the lounge and bedrooms, thus reading a book was not possible.
TV offers apart from clumsy handling only a very few poor Sky programmes, because of missing excess code. Sitting outside one feels observed because of missing wall to next door neighbour. View of his small truck parked on his premises is irritating. Pool temperature is a very comfy 28', but the constant hum of the pool generator did not allow open bedroom window. Very good last minute rate offered.
Much to far away from the favoured charming Marina area, thus no chance for
a couple of drinks in one of the nice restaurants or bars. Mentioned 10' to the
Papagayo Beaches is non-realistic.

Thank you for your feedback. For the cheap rate offered to you it is a bit over-critical in my opinion. You should pay for what you get and basically that is clean, spacious, affordable accommodation with well placed convenience stores and bars in a quiet area and with a private pool. I have benchmarked the competitive offers over 10 years ownership of the villa, and competitive price appears the most important aspect for people from all countries. But for the life of me I don't know why people go to such places as Lanzraote to watch the TV. But I will take all the practical aspects of your comments on board.

Our holiday period was 14th-28th Feb, loved the villa and location, the villa was clean and presentable, comfortable beds and loved the pool. Andy our point of contact was just great, nothing was too much trouble for him.......great guy!

Lovely winter holiday

Our holiday to Lanzarote made an excellent start to 2013. The villa was clean and well maintained, the facilities were just as described. It was only a shame the pool was so chilly. The fact that the villa has the seperate annexe was not a problem for us. It is situated a 5 min drive from the town of Playa Blanca on a quiet villa estate, and only 5 mins walk from the local shops (very handy) and a couple of lovely restaurants. We hired bikes in the village which was great fun and a good way to explore the western tip of the island. Spent New Year's Eve in Playa Blanca which was great with fireworks on the beach and a lovely atmosphere. I would certainly return to this villa again - although not sure if summer in Lanzarote would be such a peaceful, tranquil trip.

We came to the villa in November 2012 with our 4 year old twins.

The villa had all the amenities we required and was very clean and well presented. The bedrooms and bathrooms are good sizes. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed, including a dishwasher and washing machine.

The pool was lovely and they even turned up the temperature when the weather became a bit chilly.

The location is 5 minutes from Flamingo beach and Playa Blanca in a car, there is even a bus stop to take you into the towns. There are also sip markets, bars and restaurants a 5 minutes walk from the villa.

I would recommend the villa to anyone.

Excellent villa, separate annex suited us as two couples. Spacious patio area round the pool. Villa is located just a few minutes walk from local shops and restaurants (especially the lighthouse restaurant which serves good food).
The shutters on the windows assisted in keeping the inside of the villa and annex cool, which made nightimes much more comfortable.

If we return to Lanzarote we will stay at this villa again - highly recommended.
