Ground Floor 2BR/2BA - Gulf View - Pet Friendly!

Maravilla is a top gulf-front destination located in the Destin area with 2.5 acres of private beach and is well known for it's family atmosphere and amenities. Our 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo is on the ground floor of building #3 alongside the entrance drive, facing west, with a patio outside both the living area and master bedroom. You are just steps to the marked and lighted crosswalk to our private, gated beach entrance. There is a boardwalk on the beach side of Scenic Gulf Drive and paved path on the condo side for walking and biking. Free on-site beach service (2 chairs and an umbrella) is included with your rental mid-March thru October.

For your comfort each bedroom contains a pillow top mattress, King size in Master and Queen size in 2nd Bedroom. Each bedroom also has a TV. Our remodeled Master bathroom includes a walk-in shower with glass doors. Our main bathroom can be accessed from the main hallway or the 2nd bedroom and includes a bathtub and shower.

The kitchen comes complete with all your basic essentials. There is a dining table with seating for six and a new queen size sofa bed in living area.

The in-unit laundry room features a full size dryer & washing machine. We also provide an iron with an ironing board. Plenty of beach toys for the children. High-speed internet is included - free - as well as cable TV.

We invite you to bring your well trained dogs with you on your vacation. On property, there is a designated area where you can walk you dog. We do charge an additional $100 fee for well trained/groomed dogs. (Note: pets are not allowed on the beach)

We welcome you experience our condo and take in the many local restaurants, shopping, and best of all the beautiful white sand beaches!

Very pleasant experience for my wife, two teen age girls and myself. The property was very well maintained, clean and included everything you needed. First floor very convenient, surrounding area and common grounds well maintained. Very short walk to the beach, close to area attractions. We have rented condos before and this unit exceeded our expectations. Owner was helpful and professional, contacted us to make sure everything was to our liking. There were only pleasant surprises, We highly recommend this unit for your vacation.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Enjoyed this condo and everything that was included. Nice place with comfortable furnishings and everything we needed. We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the availability of beach chairs and umbrella if we wished. Beach was incredibly nice and the water is great to swim in or play in. My kids took advantage of the basketball hoop and tennis courts when we weren't on the beach, and the unit had everything we needed for those times when we decided to cook/bbq for ourselves. Owners provided some great local restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend!
