Idyllic cottage with ocean views

My husband and I stayed at Jeff's Hermosa Beach newly-renovated cottage for a week while visiting a friend. We have rented many times via vrbo, and truthfully, this was indeed one of the best. I could not have asked for anything better. Everything about the house was brand-new, with first-class decor, linens, cookware, appliances. Jeff could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. The house was even lovlier than in the photos, as Jeff and Jennifer welcomed us with arrangements of fresh flowers, a welcome basket, chilled water and other beverages. The location for us was ideal: a 2 minute walk to the ocean all while not being in the throes of the crowds on the strand. It was the best of both worlds: water access and views plus privacy. We took full advantage of the bikes he provided (also brand-new), the grill (bn; you got the idea!!) and especially the front deck where we would read in the afternoon sun and enjoy the sunsets over the water at night. We are very much looking forward to coming back to Jeff's Hermosa Beach cottage.
