This beautiful and comfortable 2 story townhome with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms offers plenty of space for the entire family. All bedrooms are located on the second floor which provides more privacy to your family. Our near 1700 square ft. townhome offers brand new stainless steel appliances, granite counter top, 32' flat screen LCD TV on the living room, high speed wireless internet connection (WiFi), small fenced private area and a two car garage with additional street parking spaces.

Every rental will receive a complimentary bottle of wine (Wine may vary depending on availability).

Master Bedroom ---1 King Size Bed and Queen size Inflatable mattress

2nd Bedroom --- 1 Queen Size Bed

3rd Bedroom --- 1 Queen Size Bed

Located 15 minutes from Disney Parks, Universal Studios, Seaworld, Downtown Disney, Shopping Malls, Movie Theaters, Water Parks and upscale restaurant row.

Kids are always welcome. Please advise if high chair is needed.

All rentals require a fully refundable security deposit of $200 for incidents and damages

Very nice and calm location

Enjoyed the stay at this clean and spacious townhome. It is very calm and next to a lake with a jogging path. Publix and other shops are right across the street. As a golfer I appreciated the proximity to Orange County National, West Orange and my other golf courses. Owner was always there to answer questions! Would definitely rent again!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Wonderful home, good location

I found the property in excellent shape and very well maintained. Very conviniently located close to Disney, places to waterski , malls with a publix just 10 mn walk. I appreciated the neighboorhood very well maintained and green close to a small lake surrounded by beautiful gardens where to exercise every day. Owner very responsive when I had a concern. I look forward to rent it again for my next stay.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children
