Enjoy this beautiful 1 bedroom condo with new hardwood flooring. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances: stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Also provided are: toaster, coffee maker, waffle iron, mixer, blender, electric griddle, Calphalon stainless cookware and baking ware.
The condo has a comfortable queen size bed with high thread count linens, full-size sofa-sleeper and two couches, 40in flat screen TV, Cable, WiFi/internet, wireless printer, A/C, cooler, beach towels and blow dryer. Parking in the building available.
The building Foster Tower is located on Kalakaua Avenue between the Marriott and Pacific Beach Hotel. The building is the most desirable and popular condominium building in Waikiki. You are right in front of the beach and ocean. There is a big enclosed lagoon where children can swim and play.
Rent a surfboard and surf at the popular surf- breaks Queens and Canoes that are right in front of the building.
Go swimming in the nice and big heated salt-water pool on the 4th floor.
You have free access to the gym and sauna on the 1st floor. There is a 24 Hour Fitness center across the street.
Laundry facilities and library are on the 2nd floor. Additional rest rooms on the 4th floor
The building is secured 24/7.
Two months in Waikiki at Jan & Ron's condo was incredible. From the first email to the check out process, Jan & Ron were thorough and attentive owners.
The condo is in a well kept building with security, parking, laundry, and a pool. Plus the views are wonderful all day. Sunrise, sunset, surfers, sailboats and skateboarders. From a well stocked kitchen to a comfortable living area and great wifi, Jan & Ron have a great rental.
The best part is the location, two blocks from Kapiolani Park where you can take yoga classes, surf lessons, have delicious food at the beach cafe and walk to Diamond Head.
We can't wait to go back!
GREAT spot. 200 ft.from main drag yet quiet. From apt. Watched the Aloha Parade from the comfort of our apt. Could check out the surf at 3 surf breaks(canoes,pops(populars,and threes,plus part of queens) spacious apt.all the comforts of home. Close to many eateries and live music. great for walks on the beach. Friendly staff/security. Say HI ! to Gordon
Your place was just fantastic. The pictures do not give justice to the spacious living and dinning room areas not to mention that great view of the beach. My family started each day with a 'Kona' coffee and a walk across the street to the beach to get our feet in the water. Walked to the zoo, aquarium, Kuhio Beach, and a ukelele concert at Kapi'olani Park. We also enjoyed the pool and the convenience of the parking spot to take our trips to the North Shore or Ko'Olina.

I was in Honolulu for long-term business and was seeking a condo that offered the amenities for an extended stay, yet still allowed me to be a tourist. I was surprised at the amount of living space available in this condo, and it offered me more for a longer period of time at greater value than one of the big-name hotels. The convenience of Foster Tower's location to EVERYTHING in Waikiki, in addition to the comfortable decor, living space and price of our condo, make it a place we will seek out again. Ron Atha, the owner, is extremely friendly and always accessible. Waikiki beach is less than a minute walk from the building, and great restaurants are also within walking distance. The listing description was accurate, and the listing photos accurately reflected the amenities provided.
Location, location, location! This condo's location, across the street from Waikiki Beach, trumps just about any deficiencies. The condo, compared to similar units in the Foster Tower, is in need of upgrading, particularly the bathroom (plumbing, cabinets, ceiling tiles) the kitchen (plumbing), the condo AC and the bed. The condo is close to many first class restaurants, both expensive and reasonable. It's a short 2-3 block walk to an excellent public bus system for those without a car or a 2 block walk to the highly regarded Waikiki Zoo. And, of course, it's across the street from Waikiki Beach.
We very much enjoyed our month at Waikiki and do want to return. Would we stay in the same condo at the same location? Absolutely.
This unit was perfect for our family of 4 (children 7 and 9 yrs). Plenty of space to feel at home for the month. We enjoyed walks through the streets of Waikiki almost every evening. The one mile walk to the South Shore Grill was the perfect distance, and the fish tacos/fish burritos are among the best on the planet! We went there at least once a week. The beach right across the street is so convenient, we really liked being able to go for an hour here or there during our month. We also loved the swimming pool. Our children wanted to spend time in the pool more than the beach. Having a parking space was a luxury in that part of town. Ron was wonderful to work with in every aspect from start to finish. We highly recommend this Hawaiian vacation!
Step out the door for a walk on the beach, shopping, dining or listen to local live music nightly at many of bars and restaurants with a block or two of this condo.
