Overlooking our first floor swimming pool, with a view of the gulf from our units balcony. Sugar beach offers the whitest softest sand on the gulf,along with our beautiful emerald blue green waters just steps away. Our condo features a nicely furnished fully equipped 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with every amenity you will need,including 3 tvs DVD players 80 channels of 'free' cable TV, 'free' unlimited local calls, and 'free' internet service....Our fully equipped kitchen includes a full size refrigerator/ice maker,dish washer,stove/oven,microwave,and all the appliances and kitchen ware that you will need. Our living room/dinning room has a large dinning table,comfortable sofa,and affords a relaxing place to unwind.

The facilities at sugar beach include over 200 feet of beach front,the sugar shack snack bar,4 swimming pools (1 kiddie pool) 1 heated in the winter, tennis court,shuffle board,beach side stainless charcoal bar b Qs, picnic tables ,clean convenient on the beach restrooms,showers,changing stations,and our first floor lounging deck with lounging chairs and picnic tables that overlook the beach and pools with a spectacular view.

Our unit is conveniently located close to the elevators and stairs,luggage carts are provided for your convenience.

Sugar beach is known as the most family friendly facility on the beach.
