Forget hotels this is the place to be...a great place to stay in LA.

This place was great and ideally situated for someone who needs to be in the centre of West Hollywood and handy for all areas of Los Angeles.
The townhouse was wonderfully attired and we were greeted by Frank with a glass of cold wine and a tour of the house.
I was in LA for business and have lived there in the past so I found the townhouse location handy for my meetings and to get wherever I needed to be.
We could park downstairs and soon made the place home.
A Gelson's supermarket at the top of the road is so convenient for all your needs, so we grabbed food from there all during our stay or ate at the variety of cafes and restaurants in the near locale.
Staying in hotels in LA has become so expensive in recent years that this is the only way I stay in LA now.
Neil and Frank are really nice hosts and the transactions could not have been more straightforward.
They were always there if we needed them (which was only once) and they were always happy to help.
All in all it was a successful trip business wise and made all the more happier by having a wonderful place to stay and in a location that was handy for everything.

High end experience and worth every penny

100% five stars!!! The townhouse was exquisitely appointed and well located. The place was spotless and everything was well maintained. Just as pictured and described on this website. We enjoyed walking a few blocks occasionally for access to great restaurants and shopping. We had a rental car and drove within 20 minutes to the popular tourist spots - Universal Studios, Grumman's Chinese, etc. I did the driving and found the location very convenient to all the major thoroughfares, as well as the airport we arrived at. The townhouse owners were hospitable, and we had everything we needed. They met us personally, but also left us a helpful binder with recommendations for local restaurants. We especially enjoyed their suggestions for Taco Tuesdays at Marix and breakfast at Basix - both within walking distance. Our family of four was very comfortable and we very much enjoyed the extras like the top shelf appliances, balcony with waterfall, underground parking, and WI-FI and Netflix. The town house was a great part of what may be our best vacation ever! The town house is decorated with unique expensive items, and is not appropriate for families with young children. There is a single flight of steps to access the bedrooms and the washer/dryer, not a problem for most but worth knowing if anyone in your party has accessibility issues. Since our family would have required two hotel rooms, it was even a thrifty choice. I would not hesitate to book again or recommend to others. THANK YOU!!

Home away from home

We stayed at Neil and Frank's apartment for a month and we absolutely loved our time there. It has absolutely everything you would need to feel at home. Frank and Neil greeted us after a long day of travel for us and waiting for them. We traveled with our small baby and they were so wonderful in getting the house set up and ready for our arrival. Compete with fresh packs of coffee and a bottle of wine, this was such a warm welcome! Neil and Frank are very responsive and easy to deal with.

We look forward to coming back!

You can't ask for kinder or more fabulous owners of this beautiful property. Even though we arrived very late at night, we were given a tour and were provided with food and wine. How nice. The owners really cared about our comfort and were always available. The location is great and the street was quiet. A perfect place to stay if you like the feel of home while on vacation!
