4 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath Chalet Condominium With Stone Fireplace Sleeps 8

2 king bedrooms, 1 Queen bedroom and sleeping loft w/ 2 twins and a full bed and 1/2 bath. This unit is located within a short walk to the ski slopes of ski beech. Stone fireplace, spacious bedrooms, washer, dryer and dishwasher. Cable TV. Local phone service. For long distance, travelers will need to bring a calling card. Beech Mountain is somewhat remote. While we strive to provide electronic conveniences of cable and wifi, they are not guaranteed to work and will not constitute reason for any refunds. Firewood not provided, but may be purchased at Fred's Mercantile. Linens and towels provided. Laundry on site. Very limited parking, 2 car maximum.

*must have adult age 25/over responsible for reservation and on site for duration.

*maximum occupancy will be checked by local neighbors and manager. Exceeding maximum without prior approval will result in immediate eviction.

*this is a no smoking and no pet property, monitored by local neighbors and manager. Smoking or pets will result in immediate eviction.

*no discounts will be considered unless advertised. Please do not contact me to request any discounts. If property does not rent at this price, then my family enjoys using it.

Our family has traveled to Beech Mountain for winter getaways for 10 years. We are from the Raleigh NC area and love all the seasons at Beech. We are an active family who skiis, snowboards, rafts, hikes and takes in all this area has to offer.

Our family has traveled to Beech Mountain for winter getaways for 10 years. We recently purchased two units and have discovered the wonderful summers at Beech Mountain. The local attractions of Grandfather Mountain, Boone, Banner Elk and Blowing Rock with all their festivals and activities keep us busy. The local Rivers offer white water rafting and tubing. Mountain biking is huge and hiking through wild rhodendrums and water falls is breath taking. The local golf courses are beautiful too.
