3 Bedroom townhome with lots of room for the whole family.

2100 sq ft townhome, perfect for the whole family to unwind after a day at the beach or fishing.

Come to Navarre to enjoy the sugar white beaches, the longest fishing pier in the Gulf of Mexico or snorkle at the new artificial reefs in the Gulf or the Santa Rosa Sound.

3 Bedrooms; 1 King, 2 Queen. Also a bunk/play room for the kids with bunk beds, futon and trundle (unit sleeps 9), 2 full baths, kitchen, washer and dryer. Parking for 3 cars.

Complex is on Santa Rosa Sound with pool, boat slips and great fishing!

We are located across the street from the beach. There are two public access points within a quarter mile either East or West go Gulf Blvd. The State Park with the fishing pier is the access point East.

Mike and Amy Foley bought this unit because we absolutely love Navarre Beach! We love the space the townhome offers, the pool, the Sound and of course the easy access to the most beautiful beaches in the United States!

This townhome give us a lot of room to spread out. The kids can spend time downstairs while the adults are on the main floor.

The complex has a nice, quite pool on the Santa Rosa Sound. The sound also offers hours of entertainment for the kids hunting for hermit crabs, fishing and playing in the sand.
