Fall in love with this lovely spot on earth just like us. Our red beach house, built in a Scandinavian style (2006) is only 50 m from the beach. You can see the water of the Baltic Sea from the house and if you open the windows, hear it! It is a friendly, comfortable house with a lot of light. The house leaves nothing to be desired: stove, sauna, Jacuzzi with massage jets, floor heating, large children’s room and a gallery with sea-view. The kitchen is fully-equipped with e.g. electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher, toaster. Comfortable furniture and the stove provide the right atmosphere in the living space. Sit on the gallery, with a book, red wine and view of the Baltic Sea - it is a dream. You can unwind here in every season. Take long walks on the wide beach or over the footpaths in the direction of Göhren or Sellin, hikes through the pine woods or bicycle tours in the wonderful nature of the Biosphere reserve.

The Bintang holiday home lies in a pine forest, bordering the wonderful dune landscape at a distance of only 50 m from the Baltic Sea. You find true peace and relaxation in this nature reserve. The Baabe beach park lies at a distance of 10 minutes by foot from the Baabe Baltic Sea Resort and at a distance of 30 minutes from Göhren. The Baaber bell train journeys from the beach park till the town center and further to the boat jetty/ yacht port. The beach street lovingly laid-out with cafés, restaurants and small shops leads up to the 'Racing Roland' station, the oldest narrow-gauge railroad of Germany, from the beach. You can make trips to the Baltic Sea resorts of Göhren, Sellin, Binz or towards Puttbus with this historical steam train. There is a health care center in the town with massage and wellness offers enabling health cures on the spot. The tourist information at the lower end of the beach street provides information about numerous sports and leisure activities.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Renting only by the week in the peak season. Or else on enquiry. Final cleaning is inclusive. Charges for electricity (0.30 Euro per week per Kw/h) and water (6,50 Euro per cubic meter) are calculated on the basis of consumption. Visitor's tax on-site.
  • One (1) car can be parked at the house free of cost. If you arrive with several cars, then you must park these outside the Baabe beach park at the local parking lot (against payment) in front of the gate. You can shelter you bicycles in our lockable 'garden shed' (newly constructed in September 2007).
  • The security deposit (150 Euro) has to be paid in advance.

Notes: The free-standing house lies in a dune landscape under pines along with other holiday homes. The house has a large wooden terrace. There is no enclosure. The house is heated with the help of floor heating, electric radiators and a Danish stove. With weekend bookings during the period from 06.10.07 - 29.03.08 you receive 1 sack of firewood free of cost. Additional firewood, bed linen, towels and bath mats can be ordered. As we are non-smokers, we would appreciate that you do not smoke in the house. Pets are welcome (our dog also comes along always and is very comfortable). Our 'Garden Shed' (newly constructed in September 2007) is provided for bicycles.

Heute sind wir aus unserem Kurzurlaub zurückgekehrt, welchen wir in diesem zauberhaften Ferienhaus gemacht haben. Die Angaben im Online-Inserat waren schon sehr aussagekräftig - aber in Wirklichkeit ist das Haus und die Umgebung noch schöner als man beschreiben könnte. Bei uns blieben keine Wünsche offen. Auch unser Hund wird die langen Spaziergänge am Strand sehr vermissen. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und können dieses Feriendomizil mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gepflegt sowie geschmack-/ und liebevoll ausgestattet. Die Lage in Nähe des Strandzuganges ist ideal. Perfekt geeignet für Reisende mit Kindern oder Hund. Organisation und Abwicklung waren vorzüglich. Sehr empfehelnswert !
