Welcome to the Beverly Serral Signature Rental at 5 Wildwood ROAD in Sea Pines.
Our philosophy as vacation home owners is that your vacation experience should be completely comfortable.
Top of the list is CLEAN and we mean CLEAN in all caps! Cleanliness is one of our hallmarks and we take clean seriously.
5 Wildwood Road is one of the newest homes in Greenwood Forest and boasts a beautiful open kitchen and lots of room to gather and relax. High ceilings and real wood floors, plus all of our Signature appointments make this home one that will quickly become a favorite of our many returning guests.
Each of our Signature rentals features crisp, cotton sheets and bath linens, and fluffy pillows, spotlessly clean appliances, and lots of information about everything to do on the Island. The carpets and furnishings are fabulously clean and fresh smelling always.
We have a beautiful backyard with a glider and outdoor dining. And enjoy dining-in with a new gas grill.
The spacious living room is the hub of activity and relaxation with a big LCD TV with Blu Ray and complimentary Netflix. (We always make sure you have a cable channel guide at your fingertips.)
The kitchen offers everything you will need-- and want. All white dishes, great heavy flatware and cookware, baking and serving pieces, and spotlessly clean, nearly new appliances. A pleasure to cook in.... or order in!
3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins) each boast the comfiest bed linens we could find, with all new pillows, as well as TV in each room. Baths are well lit and spic and span!
The spacious 2-car garage can be used for vehicles with a key-pad opener, or just use it for parking bikes (bring your own or order from our Signature Partner) or coolers and beach garb (we have a lot of good garb!).

We are proud to have developed a niche concept in vacation rentals on Hilton Head Island: Each of our Signature properties is outfitted and equipped to exactly the same high standard-- No matter the address, our guests may expect to find their kitchen fabulously equipped with heavy, quality cookware, lots of serving pieces, all matching dishes, and ample glassware. We feature a finer quality, organic cotton bed and bath linen than you will find anywhere in this market. (It is important to us when we travel that we are completely comfortable and we know you must feel the same!) Electronics are updated, as are our stylish furnishings.
Your property will come stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the duration of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume free laundry products, bath tissue, soap and shampoos, even coffee supplies and an assortment of cooking spices. We always also stock beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas-- really, all you have to do is come and enjoy.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: 2 minutes by car, 7 minutes by bike, or 15 minutes walking to the ocean.
More details--hop in your car and drive to Sea Pines Beach Club in 2 minutes. There you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas, sip a cool drink at the Beach Bar, or grab a freshly grilled burger from the grill. Children's activities, full baths, and a shore store complete the Beach Club. THE OCEAN IS A 15 MINUTE WALK from the house, GOOD FOR A STROLL OR FOR EXERCISE; BUT, IF TAKING CHILDREN OR LOTS OF BEACH GARB, BETTER TO BIKE OR DRIVE. There is plenty of parking at the Beach Club, but in summer, we suggest best parking is before 10 am or after 2 pm.
BIKING: Biking is the BEST in Sea Pines. You can have adult and child-sized bikes, toddler seats, and pull-alongs all delivered and waiting for you when you arrive. Please see our Guest Pak that you will receive when you inquire with your prospective dates of reservation.
BEACH EQUIPMENT: We have 6 folding beach chairs at the house along with a big beach umbrella, sand toys and lots of beach towels. Take the umbrella with you to the beach OR, if you prefer, you can rent traditional chairs and umbrellas directly from the lifeguards. Full information is in our Guest Pak.

BEST PRICE?: Please note that we sincerely appreciate your interest in our home, but that we ADHERE FIRMLY to the generous discount policies listed here. Our guests have always found extraordinary value and comfort in our property. We look forward to welcoming you as well!
HOW TO CALCULATE YOUR TOTAL RATE: The published rental rate is a base figure to which is added 3 additional fees: (1) a 5.5% Resort/Amenity fee which covers such “must haves” as resort amenities, entry, parking where applicable, our Signature property preparation including full size, household (kitchen, laundry, bath) supplies and amenities, our fabulous Fili d’oro Italian bed linens and Signature stripe, all cotton bath linens, secure WiFi and complimentary 48-state long distance calling in all properties, and our unparalleled guest service including 24-hour direct phone line to a member of our team who will assist you with any issue or problem that may arise, our Signature departure clean, and , (2) 10% sales and lodging taxes, and (3) damage protection premium of $45 covering up to $1,500 in accidental damage when reported to BSSR before guest departure.
PETS: Well-behaved pets are permissible, with prior arrangement, in our pet welcoming properties ONLY. A non-refundable Pet Fee of $150 (taxable) per pet is charged per reservation and added to the base rental rate. Certain breeds and sizes of animal are not allowed in any property, lovely as they may be, so please inquire. Expectations of pets and their owners will be included in the rental agreement, and will require a human signature.
PAYMENT: a 50% deposit is required at time of reservation, with full payment at 60 days before arrival. We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, and your personal check via E-Check. Full details and cancellation policies are outlined in our Rental Terms and Criteria document which will be emailed to you once we receive your inquiry and requested dates. PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT 'HOLD' ANY PROPERTY WITHOUT PAYMENT.

TRAVEL INSURANCE RATE: Calculated as 7% of the final total less damage insurance and underwritten by TravelGuard. A brochure will be included with your rental agreement.
