Comfortable 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath Private Residence in Beautiful Park City, Utah

A beautiful, privately-owned condo. Located at the entrance to Deer Valley on the FREE Park City bus route. Two minutes from the Deer Valley Lodge, and four minutes from Park City Resort. The Canyons resort is just down the road. A two-min drive to Main Street in mid Park City or a very nice few minute stroll finds you at your favorite restaurant in the middle of town. This condo is tucked away on Deer Valley Loop, and is very private.A street level enclosed two car garage makes for an easy entry into the home. The condo comfortably sleeps 8. It has bright open rooms with vaulted ceilings. There is a family room with entertainment center and games, and a private hot tub on the back patio with quick entry to the house. It has a huge master bedroom an outdoor deck. The master bath has its own jetted tub. For the person that needs to mix a little business with a lot of pleasure bring your lap top computer and use the complimentary broadband internet service.

It's very close to Main Street Park City, so a car is not required to be able to ski, bike, hike, golf, explore or dine. All 3 world-class ski resorts are within a 5-7 minute drive from our home. There are also over 100 restaurants, bars and galleries in town and many are within a short walk of our place.

Comfortable, clean accommodations. Well-equipped kitchen that a Chef would appreciate. Private, covered hot tub to relax in after a day of skiing, hike or bike.

A great condo manager that is on-call to assist our guests with anything that they might need, including airport transportation and helpful information about Park City.

Our beautiful and comfortable home is conveniently located within a 3 block walk to Main Street Park City and the Transit Center. Free shuttles can take you to all 3 local ski areas, to Kimball Junction. There is also a free Downtown Trolley that stops along Main Street or this is only a short walk from Deer Valley Loop. If you choose to drive, Deer Valley is just around the corner (about 2-3 minutes away), Park City Mountain Resort (about 5 minutes away) and the Canyons (10 minutes away). Great mountain golf is within 10 minutes (in town) or within 25 minutes (Wasatch Mounatin and Soldier Hollow or Mountain Dell). With over 250 miles of hiking and biking trails in town, recreation is very accessible. Several resorts also offer lift operated mountain biking, hiking and scenic views during the Summer. Within 30 minutes, there is also nationally acclaimed fly-fishing on the Provo River.

Great rental for access to downtown Park City

I've skied in the Park City area (Canyons, Park City, Deer Valley) for about a decade and this was my favorite place I've stayed at. Usually, I'm travelling with my family or with staff from my business and need a place that sleeps a lot of people (6-8 people) with enough space that we don't feel like we are on top of one another, and can hang out together to watch tv or eat together. This place had everything I was looking for and was well-appointed. My crew loves to cook and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The private hot tub was great after skiing. We could walk to main street for restaurants and night life, which was convenient and fun. The owners are super nice people and really care about your stay being as nice as possible. I would definitely come back to this property in the future.
