Excellent Choice
This is a perfect and nice apt for your vacation in Nice. Me and my sister spent our time there from Aug 21 to Aug 28 and we were really really happy and satisfied. The communication with the apt owner was very helpful and we were given all the necessary details before our arrival. Upon arrival we were received by the individual responsible for the apt who was really kind and offered all we asked for. The apt is perfect for 2 persons, even though in the bedroom can easily sleep 2 people. It is located only steps from the main ave Jean Medecin.The kitchen is properly equipped with everything you need. The apt has air-conditioning and it is in perfect conditions, and most importantly, very very clean. The building is quiet and secure. Its location is also perfect since there is a tram station on Ave Jean Medecin that takes you to the crucial points of Nice. It costs only 1 euro and you can use it for multiple trips during the day. The beach is only 5 minutes walking and there are lots of shops and restaurants around. I would definitively recommend this apt to other individuals who are seeking to spend a nice vacation in Cote D'Azur and If I intend to go to Nice for a second time I would choose this place in a heartbeat.
