This self-catering delightful house offers breathtaking views on the Mediterranean sea.

The house is perched in the stunning rocky French hills overlooking the bay of Cap d’ Ail (between Monaco and Nice). It is ideally located, away from the hustle and bustle up the hill, however a short drive to Monaco and Nice will take you where the night life never stops.

The house benefits from 2 parking lots, a 150 sq.m. private garden and a big sun deck. The entrance leads on the living-dining room, equipped with sofa bed, dining for 6/8, a big French window opens to the balcony with gorgeous view over the coast. On the sides the fully equipped kitchen and a just renewed toilet.

From the living-room stairs lead down to the bedrooms.

There you find 2 double bedrooms equipped with wardrobes and mirrors, plus two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with tub. French windows in both bedrooms give access to the balcony and from there to the downstairs sun deck and garden.

With more than 300 days of sun throughout the year, the French Riviera is an extremely popular holiday destination. As well as being the home to many famous places to visit along the coast (such as Cannes, Nice and Monaco) there are also plenty of beautiful medieval villages a few miles inland that have plenty of charm and appeal of their own.

St Paul de Vence (art galleries and crafts), Biot (glassware), Grasse (perfume factories), Eze and Mougins are all worth a visit too. This area of France features some of the most superb golf courses in the country.

Cap d’Ail itself offers a wide range of activities. The beach and a romantic coastal walk are 5 minutes away. There are many water sports in the area, including a sailing school at Marquet beach.

Don’t forget the French Riviera offers the broadest range of museums in France after the Parisian region.

Notes

  • The rental charges you see are inclusive of bathroom towels, bed linen, electricity, warm water/heating and internet connection. Final cleaning and pressing of linen are extra (beach towels not included). Insurance covering client's belongings in the house is not included: if needed this can be obtained through our estate agent (please enquiry for more details).
    At your arrival at the house you will meet our agent who will guide you through the property and explain the use of the facilities. Our agent is on-hand throughout your stay should you need any further assistance.
    If the client will check-in after 6 PM or on Sundays, an extra charge will be applied.
  • To secure your booking we will ask to pay a 25% deposit; the outstanding balance is then payable 4 weeks before the date of your arrival. For the clients that will book at shorter notice, the full payment is required.
  • An additional deposit of 25% of the rental price will have to be paid for breakages, lost keys, etc. or if extra cleaning should be required. This deposit will be returned in full at the end of your stay unless damages/repairs need to be performed, in which case refunds will be made, less the cost of damages.

What a beautiful spot!

With absolutely stunning views. The accommodation was as expected nice and clean with stunning views from every single room. A secluded location offering complete privacy but so close to all that is great about the South of France. Only 15 minutes to Monaco shopping, 10 mins to the beach. A short drive to Eze, Villefranche and Nice. It´s not far from Menton with the fabulous market and lovely restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets and Italian towns like Dolceaqua. We also spent sometimes golfing at the golf club of La Turbie. The privacy of the 2 bedroom house was exactly the escape my husband and I needed. Car recommended.

Ruhiges und sehr gepflegtes Haus. Es gibt alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht und 2 dazugehörige Parkplätze.

Das tollste ist die fantastische Aussicht auf das Meer und die Küste bis hin zum Cap Ferrat. Jedes Zimmer hat Meeresblick. Wie haben wir besonders die Abendstunden auf den Deck bei einem Glas Wein geliebt und genossen!

Unsere Vermieter und Stephanie, die uns vor Ort betreut hat, waren in allen Dingen jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.

Der Golf Club hinter dem Haus ist eine perfekte Alternative zum Strand.

My family (2 adults and 2 children) had a lovely two weeks stay last August.
This house exceeded our expectations in many respects.
The photos posted on the website reflect fully the property. It is modern, clean and has all of the amenities that one would require for a very comfortable stay (WiFi included).
We, as many other people from previous reviews, especially enjoyed the lovely view of the Med sea from the oversized terraces and from all the rooms in the house: the spaciousness and brightness of the house and the amenities included as part of the rental.
Would recommend this apartment to anyone interested in spending a lovely and relaxing holiday in the South of France.
The owners were super helpful, replied very quickly to all our questions before the booking, they even sent us the driving directions (including Google Street View pictures of every turn!!) from the airport to the doorstep of the house.
Sthepanie, who met us at the scheduled time to welcome us, did show us the house throughout in a very frendly way.
We hope to return as soon as possible!!

Es stimmt: Die Terrassen sind toll, der Blick ist traumhaft, aber bisher hat noch kein Gast erwähnt, dass die sehr stark befahrene Straße Richtung Monaco in direkter Nähe (Sicht- und vor allem Hörweite) verläuft und man leider kontinuierlichem Autolärm ausgesetzt ist. Zudem ist die Wohnungs- und zwar vor allem Küchenausstattung auf Ikea-Niveau und entspricht somit nicht dem anspruchsvollen Preis. Als Frankreichexperten haben wir deutlich mehr erwartet und würden dort nicht noch einmal buchen. Die Wohnungsverwaltung war jedoch sehr freundlich und bemüht, die Mängel abzustellen (verstopfte Dusche, undichte Toilettenspülung etc.).

We have just come back from an amazing week at Le Poseidon. The house is one of the easiest and most comfortable holiday homes we have ever stayed in. The panoramic sea view is simply stunning and makes the time spent in the house so special, whether it is coffee or drinks on the balcony or dining on the terrace. Waking up and seeing the view from the bedrooms is also amazing. The bedrooms and bathrooms were luxurious, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Sitting on the sofa and watching the view whilst reading a book was also a pure pleasure. The house is high up and so you do need a car. You cannot walk anywhere from the house and also it is quite an intensive drive to get to the supermarket in Monaco. There is a very good bakers in Cap D'Ail and a Spa supermarket. However the drive is worth it to have the comfort and views on return and it is surrounded by stunning scenery and places, Eze, Monaco, Beaulieu and Villefranche. Thank you so much, Emmanuele for organising our stay at such short notice and we definitely hope to return.
