3 bedroom house to sleep 6 situated in a small, exclusive complex

This Spanish house is situated in Pueblo Acantilado overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. It is located minutes away from a secluded sandy cove. There is a private balcony complete with patio furniture and is very safe and secure for children. The house has a lounge with 2 sofas, coffee table, TV/DVD and radio/CD player. The kitchen is fully fitted with cooker, toaster, kettle, juicer, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is a downstairs toilet with wash basin. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other two bedrooms have two single beds. The bathroom is fully fitted with bath, shower, toilet, bidet and wash-hand basin, with shaver socket. All towels and linen are provided apart from beach towels. There is also a communal pool and children's play area within the small complex. Hot/cold air conditioning (lounge and master bedroom) is available at an additional premium of 30 euros per week.

The Pueblo Acantilado Suites complex, which is directly below our apartment has wonderful dining choices with El Pontet Mediterranean Restaurant, Chiesa Italian Restobar, a coffee shop/cafe, the White Coffee bar, Les Bodegues BBQ summer terrace, and the convenient Carilo supermarket.

GREAT LOCATION WITH EXCELLENT FACILITIES

I have stayed at this apartment many times with both my partner and friends. The location is great with swimming pool and perfect views of both the sea and the mountains. The beach is a short walk or a 5 minute drive. The town of El Campello is only a 10 minute drive where there is a beach, shops, bars and plenty of excellent restaurants. If you want a more lively atmosphere then Benidorm is approximately a 25 minute drive. Ideally you need a car if you want to explore the surrounding areas. The layout of the apartment is very usable with everything you need for a perfect stay - home from home. The apartment is clean and bright and maintained to a high standard with excellent equipment e.g. kitchen crockery, clean bedding, cosy lounge, books, games and videos. The area is quiet just perfect for a relaxing holiday. I was very pleased with the owner customer service, there was good communication and nothing was too much trouble when making the bookings. I have thoroughly enjoyed my holidays in this apartment and I am going back again later this year. I would definately reccommend this apartment to friends.

As per the listing description, this apartment was everything we could have wished for, and more. Set in a lovely, quiet residential area with fantastic views. A car was definitely a must. The apartment was cleaned to the highest standard, very well equipped and we did not want for anything extra - it had everything! The owner was extremely helpful in providing us with information about the surrounding area and her easy directions to the apartment made our journey stress free. I would definitely recommend this property.

Refundable damage deposit £100.00
We require a £100 non refundable deposit to secure the booking. The balance is then payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. On arrival a £100 security deposit is required, this will be refunded in full on departure subject to there being no damage or excessive cleaning required. If the booking is made within the six weeks prior to the holiday then full payment is required at the point of booking
Notes Bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday although this is flexible to allow you to take advantage of cheaper flights.

The complex has recently benefitted from a refurbishment of the swimming pool and pathways. There is now excellent access for wheelchairs and push chairs with the new addition of purpose built ramps.
