Absolutely perfect

We were in Moab for our daughter's wedding and we needed a place close to town where we could have friends for dinner. We stayed in Kayenta and it was perfect for us - quiet, comfortable and well equipped. The decor was attractive but not cluttered and the owners were so helpful

Super cute! Contemporary apartment in Quiet Neborhood near Downtown Moab

We stayed in the Paradox Flat at Cliffrose last week for 3 nights and couldn't have been more pleased with our accommodations. The apartment was very clean and, though small in square footage, felt large and comfortable. It is equipped with a full-sized stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher along with a large kitchen island that serves as a dining table. The open-plan living and dining is perfect for vacationers including the large flat screen TV with satellite, sofa, & chair in the living area. There is a separate bedroom and a lovely bath with a huge walk-in shower. The décor is new, fresh, and contemporary (Ikea furnishings). There is also a lovely covered patio with table & chairs off the living area for enjoying the cool desert evenings.

The owners are great and live on the property if you need anything, yet we had all the privacy we needed. Ellyn also suggested the Fiery Furnace Hike to us months in advance so we were able to get two of the sought-after tickets. Thanks Ellyn!

Cliffrose Flats is only a couple of blocks from busy downtown Moab (within easy walking distance) yet it is on a quiet street and the design of the flats gives each its own private outdoor area. The bike storage is great and separates two of the flats so that you don't hear your neighbor. There is a washer and dryer for use in the evenings if needed.

We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend these unique flats!

Amazing

We arrived yesterday and are staying for the week. Are extremely impressed by the property. It's literally 1 block stroll to Main Street and one block to the local bike park. Mike and Ellyn are super friendly and are great hosts. The property is exactly as described and photographed, the flat has everything we need. From well stocked kitchen to comfortable beds and pillows. Nothing beats watching sunset over steak dinner cooked on the BBQ and sunrise with morning coffee on the rooftop deck !!!!
