Beautiful, quiet and ultra comfortable 1 bedroom apartment. The property is located on the fourth floor of a building which has 24 hour security and an elevator. The unit sleeps up to four adults comfortably and has a lovely view to flowered gardens. The apartment is fully equipped with a washer and dryer, linen and towels, dish washer, oven/microwave, iron and ironing board... It has a WIFI connection and a phone line with unlimited free calling to cell and land lines to the USA and Canada. The property is located just 50 meters from the world famous Champs Elysees avenue. It is surrounded by wonderful restaurants, cafes, shops and more. Most major tourist attractions such as the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe or the Louvre museum are just a short walking distance away.

We had a great experience staying on Rue de Berri. The location is perfect for new to Paris visitors & the unit was clean, modern, and comfortable. The location is walkable to transportation or to begin Paris on foot. Very well appointed & a great deal of thought was put into the design & layout of this flat.

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. Jacquline was a great host and such a pleasant & helpful person. I would highly recommend staying here. The apartment was so beautifully decorated & comfortable. It was so nice to have a phone to call the states for free. Thank you Jacquline for a wonderful vacation!!

We use VRBO a lot, and just stayed in this amazing apt in Paris. Everything was brand new, and every detail was thought of. Had the best time ever! The location cannot be beat, it's just off the Champs Élysées, which is so exciting and full of life, and I walked everywhere, or took the Metro. I also rented a Velib bike off the street. The apt is bright, and comfortable, a wonderful bed, and beautifully decorated. It was quiet, and had a lovely view out the big window overlooking a beautiful garden. I took many pics of the place. The bathroom was big & amazing, & the kitchen had everything you could need, all new!I really can't say enough, along with that the owner was the nicest VRBO I have met. Her name is Jaquie, she speaks many languages, and you can tell she takes great pride in what she does. I would stay here again in a Paris minute.

The apartments location was wonderful. Just a very short walk to the boulevard. There were 2 undergrounds very close by. The apartment was lovely,clean,updated,nice courtyard view.We enjoyed the light coming in and the airy feel of the apartment. The building was clean and very secure. I even got to visit with a nice neighbor.The owner was extremely helpful about the apartment,how to get around and if she did not have the answer would get back to you.Not only would I recommend the apartment, I would love to return as soon as possible.My friends stayed someplace else and were so disappointed in their apartment after seeing ours.
