This amazing apartment has been completely remodeled and refurbished (October 2012).

It is located in the heart of Cannareggio district, that is close to shopping areas where you will easily find supermarkets, fruit and vegetable markets, bars and typical Venetian restaurants, but it is still very quiet as entirely and largerly surrounded but its private outdoor property. Just a short walk to San Marco and Rialto.

It is located in an ancient exclusive environment with a large outdoor space that, thanks to the wise restoration, has been transformed into an enchanting garden that can be used to relax while reading or sipping a drink with friends weather permitting.

Classical elements of the Venetian tradition have been combined with pieces of modern design.

Another facet that boosts the interest for this place is what in Venice is called 'porta d'acqua', that allows guests to arrive and depart by water taxis docking at home.

The two storied town house unit will guarantee you a romantic and comfortable stay in Venice.

It features, on the ground floor, a living and dining area with a dining table and a double sofa bed,

a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower.

On the upper level you will find the master bedroom and a second bedroom with a bunk bed.

Both rooms are extremely bright.

The second and largest bathroom with shower completes the property.
