About Taylor Stout
I'm from Spring Grove, Illinois. Tenderfoot is my first vacation property. I am a real estate investor who owns single family and multi family housing in Chicago and northern Illinois. I am hoping to build a nice portfolio of rental real estate which includes vacation properties.
Besides skiing, I am an avid golfer. I love to play new courses, but also enjoy the challenge of learning to play better at familiar courses. In this vein, golf is very similar to skiing as I love to travel to new mountains, but always come back to Keystone as this was the place I learned to ski starting at age 3.
I earned my undergraduate education at The University of Illinois and my MBA at University of Illinois - Chicago.
Taylor Stout purchased this condo in 2012
Why Taylor Stout chose Keystone
I learned to ski at Keystone as a child and always wanted to have a place of my own that I could use and share with others. I've always loved Colorado and now I have the opportunity to visit this beautiful place and share my condo with others who seek out Colorado as a great all seasons family friendly vacation destination! Someone who stays here will learn to ski and love this place as I did many years ago as a child.
What makes this condo unique
The views from this condo are absolutely incredible! All the windows face the mountain. The building sits at the base of Keystone mountain, along the Snake River. From the balcony you have Mountain, Valley, and River views. They are absolutely breathtaking which inspire!
Walk to the lifts! The Peru Express high speed 4 person chairlift is literally across the river. The bunny hill is right across the river too, so staying in this unit would be ideal for a family with young children or beginning skiers. You can't get closer to the Peru lift or the bunny hill!
Underground parking for two vehicles is another great benefit of this property. Keep your cars safe, warm, and snow free during the duration of your stay!
