Walk thru the wrought iron gate which welcomes you into the interior garden courtyard and up the stairs thru the double front doors which reveal vaulted ceilings and an open design floor plan. Enjoy this fabulous 3 bedroom 2 bath former model home located in the upscale golf community of Windward in Placida, FL. Relax on the spacious private lanai featuring a heated pool overlooking the 10th fairway. The lanai can be assessed thru the triple pocket sliders from the living room, double sliders from the breakfast nook or master suite. The master suite features a king size bed, walk in closet and en suite bath. The en suite bath features a double sink vanity, oversized garden tub and roman shower. There are two guest bedrooms that share a full bath. The first guest room has a queen size bed and the second a full size sofa bed. The large kitchen with center work island is fully equipped with abundant counter and cabinet space. Enjoy your morning coffee in the breakfast nook or out on the lanai overlooking the pool and beyond to the golf course. Plenty of seating in the spacious living room that opens to the lanai area that accommodates a large patio set and lounge seating to enjoy the pool or BBQ on the gas grill. House also features a beautiful formal dinning room. The two car garage contains storage for the pool toys, beach chairs, umbrella and bikes all supplied to make your vacation a delight! The Links Golf Club is a short walk from the house where you can rent clubs and enjoy this beautiful but challenging executive course. This community and golf course was built around a former game preserve with an interesting collection of birds and wildlife to observe.

For your convenience, a grocery plaza is less than a five minute ride down the street. Numerous restaurants, cafes and nightlife establishments are within minutes from your vacation home. Some of Florida's most pristine white sandy beaches and popular fishing areas are nearby. The famous Boca Grande Causeway - the gateway to its exclusive beaches, world class fishing and unique village of shops and restaurants - is less than five minutes from your door. The rustic, uncrowded white sand beaches of Englewood are approximately 12 minutes away. Two marinas and a ferry terminal for the two minute passage to pristine Palm and Don Pedro Islands is practically just down the street. Or, if your appetite is for a more cosmopolitan day or night out, Port Charlotte, Venice and Sarasota are all within reasonable driving distances for your shopping or eating pleasure. You are located directly on a golf course, with several others very close by. There is something for everyone here to enjoy a relaxing, tropical vacation.

This wonderful home has everything you could possibly want or need. It is literally minutes from Boca Grande and the miles of endless beaches where shell seekers will be in their glory! There are also many very good restaurants within close proximity to the home. Zydeco Grille is a Cajun Creole restaurant that is fabulous! (the Gumbo is highly recomended!) Palm Island Marina is 5 mins. away where a water taxi wisks you away on a short boat ride to Rum Bay Restaurant! Go to dinner and watch the sunset from a truly magical island. There is a Publix Supermarket at the end of road within a mile. The owners were extremely attentive to our needs and wanted our stay in their home to be a memorable one. The home is spotless. There was nothing that we needed that wasnt already there for us to use! Thank you Lynn for such a much needed relaxing vacation and we cant wait to visit again!
