Why Barbara Larson chose Paso Robles
Located in the heart of Paso Robles, we love this home for the ease and convenience of walking downtown to enjoy everything from restaurants, antique stores, art studios, cinema, the city park and downtown wine tasting rooms.
What makes this bungalow unique
This house has great karma! An archway in the dining room frames a large window overlooking the backyard and provides an open & bright environment. This home is well suited for 2 couples or a family of 6. Enjoy the living room by watching DVDs or your favorite sports on the 40' HD flat screen tv. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds and a 32' HD flat screen tv for your enjoyment. The private office has it's own full size futon. The backyard is large, private and fully fenced. Located off the kitchen is a large covered BBQ area for your convenience.
Guestbook comments from the owner
We had a wonderful weekend in Paso Robles. We loved the house, especially the lush back yard and the holiday lights lining the dining area. We spent every evening and much of the day out there. The neighborhood is quiet and attractive but easy walking distance to all that downtown offers. We ate out and enjoyed ice cream in the park and loved the Friday evening concert in the park too. The coast is an easy drive away and although we didn't manage to tour any wineries this time we plan on coming back to do so. Our kids (3 and 1.5) were blown away by the nearby Childrens museum and also thoroughly enjoyed the Ravine Waterpark. Thanks Barbara for creating a lovely little base for our family emend away!
