Villa, 4 Bedrooms + Game Room, 3.5 Baths (Sleeps 12)

Bear Villa is fully-furnished including all linens (sheets, blankets, pillows, towels) and features 3 large decks, a professional grade 9-ft. regulation Pool Table, Pro-air hockey table, 2 HDTVs 55” & 50” surround sound systems one on the 1st floor and the other in the Game room on the 3rd floor.

The kitchen has full amenities such as a microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, small oven toaster, JennAir 4 gas burner stove, dual ovens, utensils, dishware, pots & pans, griddle, etc... The adjacent dining room has seating for eight and a breakfast bar with nook for seating of six. During summer evenings, you’ll enjoy barbecuing on the large deck with the serenity of the National Forest around you.

A large master bedroom suite with a private master bath, jetted Jacuzzi tub with multiple shower heads. The MB has large walk-in closets and access to the rear deck thru a private entrance. You will be able to hear Cold Creek as it flows thru the National Forest especially in the springtime when the flow rates are tremendous.

For the best in home entertainment, retreat to the huge 1100 square foot game room with a 9-ft. Pro Pool Table, Pro Air Hockey Table and a 55” HDTV with a surround sound Bose stereo system sporting dual subwoofers. A VHS-DVD station, a ROKU high speed internet link for Netflix and HULU entertainment in addition to Cable TV provided by Charter.

Walk out the back door into the National Forest where you can hike, bike, cross country ski or just relax on the back deck and listen to Cold Creek as it flows within a few hundred yards.

We travel frequently and usually stay in vacation rental properties. This is by far the Best 5 Star Property we have stayed in. The whole process in arranging this rental went smoothly and my group was very impressed with these accomdations, completely top notch. Eveything was there as described and all the extra touches made it special - from the hot chocolate, coffee and tea welcome kit. Great thick towels, luxurious linens and very comfortable beds made our stay wonderful.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
