Accommodating 5-9 People, 3 Bedrooms & 3 Bathrooms.

Bayhill House is really our family home from home, the reason we fell in love with the house was the location with its fabulous views and the friendly Kittitian people. Bayhill House benefits from flexible accommodation with the benefit by separate negotiation of a further 1 bed apartment. Main house has large split level living room and Dining area, Large extended verandah, and new terrace finished in cut stone, in the main house we have 2 large Master Suites and then via the steps outside lead on to a separate Garden Suite downstairs. Bayhill House has just currently been through a $150,000 investment which now includes a large Infinity Pool with million dollar views, Extended Terrace, Dining Gazebo and Upgraded En-Suites and New Air Con in all the bedrooms. Most of the Art in the house has been painted by my wife Pamela. We do automatic bookings and payment through Paypal via our website www.bayhillhouse.com

About Bayhill House:

Bayhill House sits in a commanding position near the highest point of Frigate Bay, on the picturesque island of St Kitts overlooking both the Caribbean and the Atlantic Oceans. Basseterre is 4 miles away, as is the Robert Bradshaw International Airport. St Kitts has many wonderful beaches which can be found all over the island, but the nearest is less than 1/2 a mile away.

Bayhill House was built for & by the British Consulate of St Kitts, who lovingly designed the current layout. The house is privately owned and is available for a select few each year

About Pamela Reed

The house is privately owned by Pamela and Martin who live in the UK with there 3 children. We fell in love with the island and its Kittitian people.

Why Pamela Reed chose Frigate Bay

We chose Bayhill on its location and the views as well as the potential the house offers with 2 Master Suites upstairs and separate Garden Suite downstairs as well as the one bedroom apartment. As the British Consulate built it for himself it's a really great place to entertain.

What makes this villa unique

Its mature gardens and sea breezes also played a major part of why we chose Bayhill House. The potential to build the pool was realised in November 2012 when the extended terrace and infinity pool and Gazebo was finished and benefits from local cut stone. Bayhill also now benefits from large entertaining space outside with BBQ, Shower area, large sun deck.

Bayhill House sits in an enviable elevated position at the top of Frigate Bay with large mature gardens and uninterrupted views towards Nevis. Bayhill has just finished a $150,000 investment on a new large infinity pool and extended terrace with traditional stone gazebo as well as a total renovation of the house and upgraded En-Suite's. Bayhill has cool breezes that flow through the house with million dollar views from most the rooms, terraces and pool. With the many beaches within 5 minutes, as is many local restaurants and bars with the beautiful Royal St Kitts golf club which we have arranged very special rates from as little as $50 dollars per round. The airport is also 5-6 minutes away as is the main town of Basseterre and the local Port Zante with duty free shopping. All the facilities from the Marriott are only 5 minutes away with the casino and many dining options available as is the health spa.

Beautiul home with vibrant colors inside and out, fantastic views of the Carribean and Nevis, wonderful ocean breezes. A great setting for relaxing and enjoying friends. Located near great restaurants, especially La Belle Vie, a wonderful French restaurant just down the hill from the villa, plus the Steakhouse at the Marriott, and a bit farther away is Ottleys Plantation, a great restaurant in a beautiful garden setting. A truly enjoyable week for three couples starved for sunlight and warmth!

A wonderful house with gorgeous views. The owners and property managers were extremely helpful and accommodating. This was our fourth trip to St. Kitts, and by far the most enjoyable. The infinity pool was refreshing and enjoyable, and the views of both the Atlantic and Caribbean from the deck and porch were even lovelier than the pictures in the listing. Easy access to restaurants (Marshalls the closest and one of the best), as well as beaches, golf, and other activities.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

A fantastic house and superb location that simply adds to the beauty of the island and the whole vacation experience.

Very conveniently located to all local amenities, restaurants and beaches. Furthermore, the views are truly spectacular during the day and night.

The sun shines very bright however, the breeze on the outside balcony together with the infinity pool simply add to the enjoyment.

A huge lounge and dining room are so relaxing, you may never want to venture outside. Bedrooms are very cosy.

The only problem with the house is that my wife has asked me why we cannot get one like it !

The most relaxing holiday ever

From the moment you walk in the front door the stresses and strains of everday life disappear. The views from the balcony and newly built infinity pool are absolutely breathtaking. There's plenty to do for either a romantic or family holiday with beautiful beaches and great food only a few minutes away by car. If you feel more adventurous you could walk; which is easy on the way down the hill but you may need a breather on the way back up !

Home was open, clean, welcoming. Great porch views and continous breezes. Owner and neighbor/property manager very helpful in providing dining, touring, and beach ideas. Would recommend to others and would stay again if visiting St. Kitts.
