The nearest metro stops to this Paris rental apartment are Cité, St Michel Notre Dame, Pont Marie, Sully-Morland and Maubert Mutualité. The RER B will take you directly to and from CDG and ORLY airports.
Standing
Located on the 4th floor without a lift of one of the first building built on St Louis Island ! The access is secured by a door code and a second gate on the courtyard with an intercom. You will not regret to walk the stairs as they are pretty amazing and very easy to climb. Even if St Louis en l'ile street is very busy, the apartment is very quiet as it is on the high floor. It still have double-glazed windows to ensure a quietness.
Looking out the windows, on your right, you will see the top of Notre-Dame and the Seine river !
The windows of both bedrooms give on a courtyard, you will therefore sleep like a baby !

This 70sqm apartment is just sublime. It has two separate bedrooms and can sleep up to four guests.

The entrance hall and its beautiful round multi-color mirror are open on the main room divided in several areas.
The living-room area features a beautiful leather couch and armchairs coming straight from a Monaco's Grand hotel, a marvelous carpet made by an artist, and a large flat television. You will also appreciate the beauty of the large mirror on the decorative chimney.
The dining-room area offers a large table for four guests. Next to it you will find a very beautiful and comfortable armchair made of metal and leather, designed for your comfort and the pleasure of your eyes, it will be the perfect spot to sit and read, think, dream,…
The fitted kitchen is open on this room. You can have your breakfast on Its central island and you can listen to your music while toasting your bread by plugging your iPod, iPhone or mp3 player in…the toaster ! The kitchen indeed features an mp3-toaster :)
The entrance hall also gives on the bedrooms that both overlook a quiet courtyard.
The master bedroom features a queen size bed (160x200) and a large built-in wardrobe with shelves and hanging rails.
The second bedroom features a hideaway bed consisting in two single beds 90x190. You can use them as two single separated beds or as a large double bed (180x190). This bedroom also features a wardrobe with many storage spaces. This room can be used as an office room as it features an amazing desk with a chair so beautiful you will instantly feel like sitting on it to work!
The bathroom is accessible from the master bedroom. All made of marble, it features a bathtub.
The entrance hall finally gives on the lavatory with toilets and a washbasin.
