This is a unique floor plan at the Ledges Condo Complex featuring a very spacious & open layout. Enjoy our nicely furnished condo that we have meticulously decorated. Enjoy the spectacular main channel view from the deck. Then relax in our spacious condo with

over 1650 sq.ft. of living space with a loft, vaulted ceilings, & tropical decor. This condo is perfect for three families or large groups. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed & TV. Two bedrooms each have queen-sized beds. The loft has four twin beds & a full size futon. Both the family room & loft have TVs.

This condo is located at the 20.5 mile marker & has a great view of both the main channel & cove. There are two pools to choose from or follow the sidewalk to the sand beach if you prefer to swim in the lake.

The Ledges Condos are very popular because they are located minutes to everything fun at the lake: golf, shopping (110 store outlet mall), Big Surf Water Park, Tan-Tar-A indoor water part, go-carting, restaurants, nightlife, grocery stores, & even a hospital. There are

marinas close by for your boat & PWC rental needs.

Please NO PETS or SMOKING allowed.

Dock slips are available.
