Excellent unit, breathtaking views, extremely nice owners, hope to return soon

I am from Canada, and I was looking for somewhere to get away from the cold and enjoy the Florida weather for a little. I was not sure where in Florida I wanted to be, but once I saw this unit, I was immediately interested. I contacted Mike and he was very knowledgable, friendly, and accommodating. He showed me the unit, and I immediately fell in love. Then he showed me the area outside (amenities, pool, jacuzzi, bay, flowers, lush trees, etc.), and we basically signed an agreement on the spot. My wife and I enjoyed every minute of our stay, but unfortunately we had to return home. My favorite things about the unit were: the balcony, which is outdoors and spacious, buts screened to prevent any bugs from nagging you; the views from every room in the condo- this unit is a bargain for all the beautiful views it has; the location of the unit, and how close it is to everything; the furniture, which was great; the stainless steel appliances; and the shower heads, which I must admit were very fun to use. My wife and I joined dozens of other people every morning in walking around the island, and it was like heaven. The weather was perfect, the scenery was to die for, and that's how we stayed fit. We also enjoyed participating in some of the social functions put on by the building, and then going to some of the nearby beaches and downtown St. Pete. I certainly plan on coming back when we get a chance. Thank you MIke!!!
