|Minimum Stay||3 nights|
Located on the street behind the Malecon, this three story home has amazing views of the water and the city, making it a true delight for our guests.
The house is relatively new, and is furnished with comfortable Mexican style furniture with a modern twist to match the modern style of the construction.
With large floor to ceiling windows the property makes the most of the fantastic views.
The owner of this home is a chef back home in the US and therefore the kitchen comes fully stocked with with a good selection of cooking utilities.
We know you will love this home as much as we do, and look forward to your next trip.
We run a successful catering business back home in the US, which unfortunately keeps us away from La Paz more than wewould like, however we like the idea of others being able to enjoy our beautiful home and love hearing their stories and about all of their different adventures whilst staying with us.
Simon Loftus purchased this house in 2004
This property has such as great location and with it amazing views that you can't help fall in love with right away.
On our first trip to La Paz we fell in love with the peaceful city, it's great climate and beautiful clear waters.
We decided to buy a home in La Paz and after many weeks of searching came across this beautiful home for sale by the builder himself, and we couldn't pass on the opportunity.
It's got to be the views. The two master bedrooms have their own private terraces which you can sit out on and watch the world go by.
The best time of day is 5pm to 7pm. This is when the Malecon starts to get busier as the local residents finish work and come to enjoy the outdoors with their families. The sun will start to set and the sky will go through a sequence of colors which you will never want to end.
