This is a perfect house for vacation or business. Just minutes from the 101 Freeway, you have quick access (traffic permitting) to all the amazing sights Los Angeles has to offer. You can get to the LA Zoo, Hollywood, Universal City, Hollywood & Highland and the Hollywood Bowl in just a matter of minutes. We're also just a short distance to Burbank and downtown LA.

Once you get home, you can simply park your car and leave it. The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and is in walking distance to many great coffee shops, wonderful restaurants and amazing shopping just a few blocks away. Or head to the hills for some gorgeous hiking trails.

If you want to spend a relaxing day at home, just head to the stunningly landscaped backyard. It's calm and relaxing and a great place to bird watch. Just take a cup of coffee out to the covered patio outside the master bedroom or open the French doors in the dining room to feel like you're in a secluded retreat.

Not matter what you're planning, this house will make you feel like you're at home.

We are just minutes from Universal City & the Hollywood Bowl and just over the hill from the center of Hollywood. If you don't want to get in the car, there are great coffee houses, wonderful restaurants and amazing shopping just a few blocks away. You can even walk to some of the best hiking trails in Los Angeles.

Lovely location, lovely stay

What a fantastic stay! Owner and property manager were extremely catering and flexible when it came to booking this last minute work-related trip. They also bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with our stay (this included them bringing over a brand new blender for our convenience). This charming bungalow is beautifully maintained and is situated in a lovely, family friendly neighbourhood (and yet, is still walking distance to Starbucks, grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants). Should you choose to stay here you simply must take a short walk over to the hiking trails and/or eating at one of the many restaurants in the neighbourhood. Looking forward to staying here again!
