This near-new custom built 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is beautifully furnished, and features gorgeous ceramic floors, a classy Jacuzzi tub in the master suite, and a marvelous kitchen. There is an expansive deck off the living room, and a sandy beach at the water's edge. There's also a dock, and mooring point for your boat. If that were not enough, this cottage also has an RV Parking Space, complete with water, electric, and waste hook-up. Bring more family or friends! Black Lake is one of the north's true gems! It features a sandy bottom, and great swimming, fishing and boating. Truly an all-sports lake!
