4 Bedrooms Plus Guest House - Rent by Day, Week or Month

GREAT HOUSE for a vacation, family reunion or a wedding. RENT BY THE DAY, WEEK, MONTH, YEAR. Sleeps 10 in the main house and 4 in the Casita (ask for the rental rate of the Casita) with a possible 2 more in the Garage Apartment. This home has everything for entertaining or just enjoying the great AZ weather: pool, spa, sand covered volleyball court, putting green with a sand trap and outdoor kitchen. NOTE that the pool is not fenced as required for children under 6 years of age. Covered patio wraps rear of home. Courtyard entry to main house. Kitchen has granite counter tops, gas range, walk-in pantry and fully equipped. House is fully furnished so just bring your suitcase and start enjoying life. Concierge and daily/weekly maid service is available. Rental rates vary and utilities capped based on the time of year/length of stay.

There is not another property like this one. Perfect place to hold a small wedding or any special event. This custom built home has all the amenities of a resort: pool, spa, volleyball court, putting green and more. It is only minutes from the 101 Freeway but feels like it is in the middle of the desert. About 15 minutes to Scottsdale. Has great views and a relaxing atmosphere. Family room and kitchen were designed to groups to enjoy. Lots of flexibility with this home. Just need the main house or maybe just the guest house? We can work something out that will work for you.
