This property is conveniently located close to I 25, with a grocery store across the street. Newer property with vaulted ceiling, A/C, and an Electric Fireplace. Easy access to all the northern Colorado activities including Old Town, Whitewater Rafting, Rocky Mtn Nat'l Park (Estes Park), Larimer County Event Center.

The reason for our visit was one visitor's surgery at an outpatient facility near the apartment. We needed a comfortable, quiet place for rest and recuperation, with easy access to grocery store, drugstore and doctor. The apartment was ideal for our purposes -- clean, quiet, well appointed, conveniently located. We were able to go (by car) downtown to Old Town for dinner the night before surgery and the final day of our stay. It was easy to find our way from the apartment into Old Town with its interesting restaurants and shops. Apt. is on 3rd floor with easy outside access but no elevator, so it's not appropriate for anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs.
