Club Regency, part of Hilton Grand Vacations Club, is located in the midst of a relaxing and lush tropical small beachfront community. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit is on the upper level of the only Gulf-front-facing (Building 'E') of this charming two story small development. Only 2-stories for 'beachfront' is very rare for Marco Island! It offers vaulted ceilings, an open gourmet full-size kitchen, granite counters, family room and a screened lanai directly overlooking the spectacular beautiful sea oats and white sand beach. It has it's own covered parking too. Tropical gardens, and fountains surround the heated pool and whirlpool spa. Other Club Regency extras include 2 lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, a sundeck, poolside barbecue grills and laundry facilities right outside the door of this condo. It is also only a short walk to numerous restaurants, shops & 4-screen movie theater (all in Marco Walk Plaza) + Hilton & Marriott resorts are only a short walk away. World-class golf and fishing are nearby. This unit is ONLY offered and available from Saturday 1/10/15 to Saturday 1/17/15 directly through the owners.

Our family has enjoyed this condo for a long time since the early development days of Marco Island.

Marco is easy to get to, there is plenty to do yet is still relaxing...And the weather is most often great. We wanted a beachy, quiet community...Not a highrise...Yet one that offered lots of amenities. Club regency is a hidden gem on Marco island. This unit is in the very desirable 'E' beachfront facing building.

This unit is in Bldg C at Club Regency. It's professionally managed by Hilton Grand Vacation Clubs. I've stayed at this cozy beachfront unit several times & really enjoyed staying here.

It's on second walk-up floor of only a 2-story building directly on the beach & on Marco Island VERY rare! The layout is ALL about the beach here. It is not a complicated giant high-rise property. The unit is one of the best at Hilton's Club Regency. The ocean-front beach view is fantastic. You're just above the beautiful sea oats & Gulf-front view & the white-sand calls you to the beach.

The pool area is outstanding too. You can grill out with facilities here if you want and there is ample deck & beautiful landscaping all around the pool.

The kitchen & living living area open to the covered screened porch overlooking the beach. There are two tennis courts & a washer & dryer almost right outside this unit's door behind other closed doors.

The location is outstanding! Note that on Google Maps where icon is for Club Regency on Google Maps is incorrect. On Google Maps look up Sale e Pepe restaurant on Marco Island & by the 2 tennis courts of this resort property on S. Collier Blvd & where you see a tanned-roof non-hi-rise property this is the actual location of Club Regency. This unit is in Bldg C directly on the beach.

Stilts Beachside Bar & Grill is the best beachfront casual place to eat only a short walk South on the beach or the Collier Blvd sidewalk; however, nearly right across the street from Club Regency is also a host of restaurants at small Shops of Marco Walk. Marco Movies is here...a small family-owned 4-screen theater. The restaurants here are only a few minutes walk from this property. They are good & you have choices -- Da Vinci Ristorante Italiano, Nacho Mama's, Captain Brien's Seafood and Raw Bar; plus Rookies Bar & Grill. There is also a Chico's women's clothing store here too. & only one block North is huge beach shop Alvin's.

You will feel tropically at home at this property. It's all about the BEACH!

Best kept secret on Marco!

I've stayed at this property several times. I love that IT IS NOT a high-rise. The unit has an awesome screened in lanai that overlooks the beach. You literally walk out the door, down a few steps and you are ON THE BEACH. There is garage parking under the unit, which is very convenient, but we found that we walked EVERYWHERE. Right across the street is the Marco Movies, a 7-11, lots of cute little shops and restaurants. The Marriott is just one property away...a hop skip and a jump to grab a cocktail or play put-put. The unit is clean, tastefully furnished, bright and cheerful, and the grounds are immaculate, and have a very tropical feel. It doesn't get any more "beachy" than this in Marco Island.
