I highly recommend this clean and comfortable apartment to anyone moving to or visiting San Francisco! It was beyond our expectations - very clean, comfortable and accommodating. The kitchen is truly a working kitchen -with all anyone needs to bake and cook, including all the essentials like plastic baggies and aluminum foil. The bed was very cozy and comfortable and bathroom big and wonderful. We appeciated the wi-fi and printer. The neighborhood is delightfully eclectic with many grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The location is centrally located to anywhere you'd want to go in San Francisco. Sandra has thought of everything you will require. We will definitely rent here again. My only minor frustration was the parking - it's a bit of a challenge to find a spot nearby but with persistence and a small car we made it work.
We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Our son lives in the area, and the weather wasn't that great, so we had a nice place to hang out and visit. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. I wished we had more time; I would have loved to prepare a nice dinner. Very comfy bed and linens and extremely quiet as well! We were without power for a while due to the storm and I was surprised that we weren't contacted by the owner as many reviews mentioned her helpfulness. However she did install grab bars in the shower for my disabled husband, which was very helpful and appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.
Everything was more than perfect! Every needed detail was there. The best apt that I've ever rented. Welcome with wine cheese and crackers, soup, toilet paper, all condiments in the kitchen, coffee, every basic need, that are very difficult to find when you arrive to a rented house. Kitchen totally equipped with best quality staff, great bed, mattress, sheets, and towels. Good closet and plugs. Everything clean and brand new. Hope we can get back. Thanks for everything Sandra!
It doesn't get any better! The owner couldn't have been more accommodating. A bottle of wine and goat cheese with crackers greeted us. The apartment looked just like the photos. It was immaculate. The kitchen was stocked with spices and coffee. We like to walk and walked to all restaurants we and a small theatre (the Marsh) in the Mission District from the apartment-- about 10 blocks. We ate at Lolo, Dante's Weird Fish and Frjtz. Another great touch---fresh flowers were in every room.We hope it is available again when we revisit after this review. The owner was very helpful and accessible.
What a sweet stay - I wish I could have stayed longer. This apartment is lovely, beautifully and thoughtfully designed with pleasing and peaceful colors, textures, lighting and fabrics. The kitchen is well stocked; the furniture is stylish without being uptight and the floors easy on the feet.
Although the apartment is right on a corner, the higher windows, thick walls and opaque glass door felt protective, private and cozy. There's a security system, excellent outdoor lighting and a nifty automated lock that means you are key-free.
Sandra met me at the apt and gave me a detailed tour and I felt at home right away.
Finally, the neighborhood is fabulous. A great mix of old Mexican taquerias, cafes, bakeries and other fun spots. You will really enjoy your stay here!
