3 beds 2 baths lounge/dining room, family room , kitchen, electric heated pool

Location , location, this villa has it all, the large south facing heated pool backs onto a small lake, enjoy your sundowner as you watch the wonderful sunsets from the outdoor eating area.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, with door to the pool, the twin bedrooms (2)

share a bathroom. Plenty of bedlinen and an abundance of towels.

There is a family room with TV/music/radio with patio doors to the pool, a lounge/ dining room with everything for t formal meals, table and 4 chairs in the large fully equipped kitchen.outside dining lanai

The swimming pool is electrically heated on request, there are loungers, pool games etc, large garage/ washer, dryer .

Situated in a peaceful Nature conservation area the south facing pool backs onto a lake with ducks, turtles we even have 2 friendly peacocks a lovely location with a wealth of activities on the doorstep.

WINDWARD CAY IS THE HIDDEN GEM IN THE KISSIMMEE CROWN

This was the 2nd year we have rented this villa and is definately as great as we remembered. Took the children this time and they had a great time. Couldn't keep them out the pool. Plenty of space for them to play in the villa. Bedrooms great size for them. Definately a lovely family size villa. We already looking at booking again. Thanks Pam And family
Owner's Response: Thank you so much, we purchased the land when it was a scrub land and were pleased to see the area become a nature conservation area, we have never tired of going to Florida and there are so many things to see and do without going near the theme Parks.The State Parks are wonderful and we now have a new regional park Shingle Creek 5 mins away, we spent a wonderful Pioneer Day enjoying local food and canoeing down the river.

We stayed in this villa for 2 weeks beginning May 2011. Had fantastic time and the villa is lovely. It was clean and had everything we needed for a great holiday. The location is ideal and the pool was superb. Really peaceful and relaxing. Ideal villa for familes but also great for adults who just want to get away from it all. True south facing pool. Sun all day. The owners were lovely as were the maintenance company. We have already booked for next year with the family.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
