The apartment is situated in the nice and peaceful Cimiez area in the neighbourhood of Chagall and Matisse museum and consists of a living room, bedroom and kitchen on 70 m2 with 4-(6) beds. The apartment is on the 4-th floor with elevator and has two balconies. In-door parking is available and the gated area has a common pool.

The living room exit to the terrace. TV and DVD. The terrace has table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped – dishwasher and a washing-machine. The apartment can hold normally 4 persons, but In the living room there is a sofa bed offering additionally 2 extra beds.
