Apt. is one short block from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shops and casinos. It is located in Condado which is a prime area of San Juan. Building has 24 hour security. Several popular restaurants are located a short walk away. It is also within walking distance to 4 casinos. We have loved living in this Apt. for several years.
