Fort Myers Beach Beautiful Home - Walking Distance to Beach, Restaurants and Shopping

From the time I arrived, Tim and Sheila were there to make our vacation a pleasant and comfortable one. I had ordered food from a food delivery service, which arrived before me. Sheila was kind enough to place all of my refrigerated food in the fridge before I arrived. How nice, I totally appreciated it! Tim was always availabe to answer all of my questions prior to our arrival and during our stay as well.
The house was immaculate and Sheila and Tim literally thought of everything to make you feel right at home. The photos accurately represented the appearance of the home, I actually felt like the home was bigger than in the photos. The ktichen was furnished with everything you would need to cook a full meal, there was a grill outside, washer and dryer, WIFI, flat screen TV and DVD player (if you happen to have a rainy day). The pool was wonderful and warm. You could choose to be at beach with all the activity or relax by the nice quiet pool--the best of both worlds. They also provided, beach towels, chairs for the beach and a bike for those quick trips to the store (Topps was the closet grocery store, reasonable prices and a decent selection for the size of the grocery store). We found these very helpful!
The location was absolutely perfect and close to everything, steps to the beach, restaurants and shopping. There were plenty of activities to do at the beach, you could rent jet skis, parasail and rent 2 lounge chairs with umbrella and more. Close by were fishing charters, which I recommend booking early because they fill up during high season (Goodtimecharter.com). Plenty of restaurants were close by (Nervous Nellies, Beach Whale and The Cottage Grill to name a few). Also plenty of restaurants which you could drive to as well (Heidi's and Charleys Boathouse), which we drove to because we rented a car. It was not necessary to rent a car, because you can get a cab right at the end of the block. For those of you who want a Spa Day, I recommend going down to the Pink Shell Resort. My daughter, son and I had wonderful massages and they offer all types of spa services as well. We had lunch at the Pink Shell's restaurant, Bongo's and then spent some time at the their beach. The only thing we could not use was the pool.
This was a wonderful home and I would definitely recommend and return to this home for an awesome vacation. Thanks so much Sheila and Tim!!
