This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath , 4 car garage with views of Lake Mead and the River Mountains. Plenty of hiking & biking trails nearby. The Desert Bighorn sheep travel through the property daily.

We designed and built this home as our primary residence. We have a 2nd home in Verdi, NV where we spend 1/2 of the year.

We enjoy being out of the summer heat in the Verdi area and enjoy being out of the snow in the winter and golfing in Boulder City instead of shoveling snow

What makes this house unique

This home is located in a quiet, established neighbor hood in the small community of Boulder City, NV. Several local restaurants are 2 miles away. Hiking and biking trails are right out the front door. The Las Vegas Strip is 1/2 hour away.
