In recent years the property has been fully renovated and updated and offers a variety of well appointed suite choices from fully contained 1 and 2 bedroom units, to lovely, bachelor units with kitchenettes. Our on-site laundry facilities and kitchen area allow visitors to fully settle in to this homey feeling building. Parking is available in the rear of the building.

This downtown property is ideally located in the south end of downtown Halifax, just a 5 minute walk to Spring Garden Road, the main commercial and cultural district in Halifax and is home to a number of pubs, coffee shops and boutiques. You are also less than 10 minutes to the Halifax Waterfront Boardwalk and the Halifax Seaport Farmer’s Market.

The Mary Queen of Scots Inn is a 10 minute walk to Saint Mary's and Dalhousie Universities, 5 minutes walk to the QE II Health Sciences Centre and 10 minutes walk to the waterfront boardwalk.

About Matthew Moore

Im renting this unit for my father who founded Premiere Suites, a national coast to coast, extended stay accommodation provider.

I recently finished studying in Sweden and am now in the accommodation leasing business in Halifax. I studied at Saint Marys University and did my MBA at York University in Toronto.
