**The Potrero Home**
Come and stay in my 2BR 2BA home for your next visit. I bought it and then put in extensive renovation to provide a high-tech modern experience for myself - which you get to benefit from.
Features wood floors, new carpet, breakfast bar, high-end furniture, stainless steel appliances, large bedrooms, walk-in closets, 58' 3D HDTV, and wifi internet.
Ok, I'm being honest about your SF visit....Parking in the city is NOT fun!! There might be street parking...but don't get caught on the day they do street cleaning which is different on every street. Tickets are NOT fun.
That's why I bought THIS property - it comes with 1 dedicated parking spot in a safe underground garage. Great to use for shopping trips (shopping!!) and to see outside the city like Napa, Monterey, and more…
When you don't need your car, it's the perfect easy location to walk in and around the city. Less than 5 minutes to stores, bars, restaurants, public transit....
**The Potrero Condos**
The apartment was built in 2007, so really modern style and architecture. The apartments are well insulated for sound from your neighbors and retaining the heat.
Need to see a tree? No problem...There is plenty of landscaping in central mews and garden courtyards that let you bask in the sun in silence whilst the city bustle surrounds you. And parks within walking distance in all directions.
Are you active and fit? Plenty to do outside, but maybe it's just 1 member of your group or it's raining, or you want that specific weight equipment. No need to find a gym or pay....The Potrero has a 24/7 gym on-site. Cardio, Weights, and Pilates equipment ready to go. Sweet!
Do you want to just have a glass of wine and watch the sunset? Head up to the rooftop deck where the view of the city is as vast and brilliant as the stars above. Remember to take your camera though as you will want to share the view with friends to make them jealous.
**The Potrero Hill Location**
If the measure of a neighborhood is the neighbors, Potrero Hill has it in the bag.
Take a stroll down Mariposa Street and breathe the sweet aroma of malt and hops. That’s Anchor Brewing Co., a very popular neighbor since 1979. They do free tours (and sampling for ages 21+) but book early on their website as it's a hot trend right now.
At Connecticut and 18th, Goat Hill Pizza’s sourdough crust is the stuff of legend. Make it a Monday and it’s all you can eat.
Is it music you want? No self-respecting rocker comes through San Francisco without hitting the Bottom of the Hill – no address necessary.
Along bustling streets, you’ll find cafes and restaurants, galleries and theaters, watering holes and wine shops…and a family neighborhood nestled in between.
Young and old, first and third generation, all are welcome in Potrero Hill.
